Patio and Garden Products SpecificationPlanters (Aluminium)All planters are constructed from heavy gauge aluminium sheet (18 swg) to provide long lasting corrosion resistance, low maintenance and durability. We offer our customers the option of a powder coated paint finish in white or green. Support brackets for wall mounting are manufactured from 50 x 50 x 3 mm aluminium box section. Internal bracing is 25 x 20 x 3 channel section and mounting lugs are 30 x 3 aluminium flat bar secured with stainless steel nuts and set screws. Mounting feet for floor standing planters are constructed from 63 x 3 aluminium flat bar (recommended for decking applications) or 50 x 50 x 3 box section complete with plastic cappings. Powder CoatingPrior to the paint application all products are subjected to an environmental friendly nine part "chrome free" etch priming process. Polyester powder coat paint finishes are provided in white (RAL number 9016) and green (RAL number 6005). CapacityPlanter capacity for 200 x 200 planters are approximately 35 litres of compost per metre length. Planter HoldersPlanter holders are manufactured from the same specification aluminium sheet as the planters. They are 18 mm deep with an internal safety edge to prevent accidental abrasions. They are 220 mm wide for use with 200 wide planters and 270 mm wide for the 250 wide versions. Powder coat paint finishes are provided in white and green. |
